The thing about discretionary emini scalping is that it is easiest to succeed at if it is not the primary strategy one uses. With emini scalp trading you want to pick up the low hanging fruit, and that is ALL. Fighting it out and burning commissions all day long is a recipe to make your broker rich, not you.
